Accessing our site

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our site without notice (see below). We will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period.
Access to parts of our site may require you to register. A fee may be also payable on registration before such access is granted and details of the applicable fees are set out on our site. You warrant that all details you provide as part of the registration process are accurate.
When using our site, you must comply with our acceptable use policy (see below).

Using our site – the Pest3ing Process

• Our site offers a potential Pest3yer (“Pest3yer’s”) the opportunity, to showcase their Items, goods, products, services and Items, goods, products, services and property for a period of 30 days and to indicate they are open to receiving indications of interest (“Pest3”) for their Items, goods, products, services and Items, goods, products, services and property from an interested Pest3yer (“Pest3ing”) from the home of Customer.

• No Pest3ing can be made by any person who is not registered on our site as a Pest3yer.

• No Pest3ing made via our site is binding on either party and goods, items, products, services and Items, goods, products, services and property may be withdrawn at any time by Pest3yer even if no Pest3ing has been accepted.

• Use of our site does not alleviate a Pest3yer responsibility from making the usual investigations and enquiries which a reasonably prudent person would be expected to make prior to entering a contract.

• Details of how the pestfree4u process works are set out on our site in the section “How it Works” and the rules of conduct applying to the Haggling process as contained on that page form part of these terms.

Uploading material to our site

Only companies Agents or person may upload details of Items, goods, products, services and Items, goods, products, services and property and if you are an Agent you hereby grant us a royalty-free licence to display material uploaded on our site.

All material posted must also comply with the content standards set out below and we have the right to remove any material posted if, in our opinion, such material does not comply with that content standards.

We reserve the right to disclose your identity to any third party who is claiming that any material posted or uploaded by you to our site constitutes a violation of their intellectual Items, goods, products, services and property rights, or of their right to privacy.

Reliance on information posted

Information and other materials posted on our site are not intended to amount to advice on which reliance should be placed and details of any Items, goods, products, services and Items, goods, products, services and property listed should be verified with the relevant Agent by a Pest3yer before Pest3yering.

Intellectual Items, goods, products, services and property rights

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual Items, goods, products, services and property rights on our site, and in the material published on it. All such rights are reserved.

You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from our site for your personal reference.

You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, plans, photographs, or other visual separately from any accompanying text.

Our status (and that of any identified contributors) as the authors of material on our site must always be acknowledged. You must not use any part of the materials on our site for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from us or our licensors.

Our liability

Acceptable Use policy

Suspension and termination

• We will determine, in our discretion, whether there has been a breach of these terms. When a breach has occurred, we may take such action as we deem appropriate which may include all or any of the following actions:

• Immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use our site.

• Immediate, temporary or permanent removal of any material uploaded by you.

• Issue of a warning to you.

• Legal proceedings against you for reimbursement of all costs on an indemnity basis (including, but not limited to, reasonable administrative and legal costs) resulting from the breach.

• Further legal action against you.

• Disclosure of such information to law enforcement authorities as we reasonably feel is necessary.

• The responses described above are not limited, and we may take any other action we reasonably deem appropriate.

Jurisdiction and applicable law

"My pestfree4u " refers to the personalized section of pestfree4u where registered users may edit their account and view their recent pestfree4u activity including Pest3yers’ won, placed advert, orders, and order status.

• We may give notice to you by email or post to any address you provide to us on registration or by posting a general notice on our site.

• Notice will be deemed received and properly served immediately when posted on our website, 24 hours after an e-mail is sent, or three days after the date of posting of any letter.

• In proving the service of any notice, it will be sufficient to prove, in the case of a letter, that such letter was properly addressed, stamped and placed in the post and, in the case of an e-mail, that such e-mail was sent to the specified e-mail address of the addressee
